Kufunda Village

Kafunda is a learning, training and demonstration centre in creating sustainable communities. Its members work with rural communities in Zimbabwe, with a mission to inspire the co- creation of strong, life-affirming communities in Zimbabwe and beyond by demonstrating and sharing ideas, skills, and practices that are required for community sustainability. Abhivyakti

Abhivyakti is a learning centre in Nashik, India that engages with grassroots communities to strengthen their leadership capacity and self-belief. Abhivyakti demonstrates that marginalized people can decide for themselves the type of society they want to live in, irrespective of their social identity, and that learning can be reconnected with the rhythms of life and livelihood. Center for Community Health

The Center for Community Health in Clark County, Washington State, is working to develop a community of care - integrating social services, health care and behavioral health services. This long-term effort has been developed in partnership with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, the State of Washington, Clark County, several nonprofit organizations, and the community. A whole array of services are provided in a $38 million "state of the art" community health center that has co-located a number of services and is working to create a welcoming and caring model for Clark County. Destination DSU

Through its advocacy both within and external to University, and in the operation of the Student Union Building and its services, the Dalhousie Student Union (DSU) actively represents the diverse interests of over the 16,000 students of Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
