2007 Transition Retreat with Peter Senge & Arawana HayashiMarch 18-20, 2007As senior executives moving into a new phase of our career—or moving beyond a formal leadership position—we are poised to contribute our experience and expertise in new ways. What is the direction that draws on our deeply held values and sense of purpose? What is it time to let go of and what is calling us forward? Where does our personal contribution meet the larger trends and critical concerns of our time? Join Peter Senge, Arawana Hayashi, and 20-30 other engaged leaders for reflection and peer dialogue around these and other questions. This is the second in an ongoing series of retreats intended to create networks of leaders who are striving to make a contribution in new and meaningful ways. Click here for the program PDF brochure.
